I only accept digital reference images.

I will accept other forms of reference for commissions, but written or exceptionally fragmented references may incur an extra fee.

Timeframe for commissions aim to be anywhere from couple of weeks to a couple of months.
Clients can reach out for updates and responses are sent within 24 - 48 hours.

I am open to working with deadlines, but may incur an extra rush fee. Some items cannot be expedited.

Clients must be at least 18+ years old to purchase artwork that contains mature themes or character designs that have mature design attributes or artworks.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens, blockchains, AI training or any related derivatives.

Use of my artworks for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency and unethical AI is strictly prohibited.

Prices are listed in USD currency.

Payment is provided through Paypal invoices.

Payment is due within 24 hours via Paypal invoice.

Invoices will be sent out to the clients once they are satisfied with the sketch of the commission.

The claim on the commission slot is voided if payment is not made.

Artist will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.

The services I provide are up to my sole discretion.

I reserve the right to accept, decline, or postpone any commission for any reason.

For designs, I retain ownership to the original artwork of the design, the design concept, and the ability to create derivative or similar character designs.

I retain all copyrights over my artwork, which include but not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.

Client may not claim the artwork as their own, or set it up for redistribution (prints, merchandise, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client can resell characters made by me, but as long the amount is equal or lesser than the amount the client purchased it for. Additional commissioned work of the design adds to the value.

The client will receive a full resolution watermarked and un-watermarked versions of the artwork.

The only time I ever make proper adjustments is when I'm sketching the commission.

I will accept small corrections after the sketch phase (color changes, fixing a small detail).

I do not accept major changes to commission orders after work has been started past the sketch phase.

The client may contact me to cancel an order at any time, cancelled orders cannot be resumed later.

The client may not use artwork or character designs from cancelled commissions, and may not necessarily receive unfinished cancelled commission artwork.

Commissions are ineligible for refunds once paid via Paypal invoice after the client is satisfied with the sketch phase.

Completed commissions cannot be refunded.
